How it Works

Once you have accepted our price quote for transporting your vehicle, we will mail, fax or e-mail the necessary Shipping Agreements to you. You need to sign and return the forms to us along with your deposit in the form of a Certified Check, Money Order or credit card. You can also download our Order Form and Terms & Conditions.

Once we received the signed forms (by fax or mail) and deposit, we will begin scheduling your vehicle for transport.

Once a trucker has been assigned, the driver will contact the person at origin to confirm the time and location of pick up.

The truck will arrive to pick up your vehicle and will inspect your vehicle for any pre-existing damage. The driver will give a copy of the inspection report to you or the person you have assigned to accept you vehicle at the delivery point. Your vehicle will be loaded and will be in transport to your destination. The truck will be making stops along the way to load and unload additional cars that he has scheduled to transport.

The driver will call within 24 hours of delivery to confirm the time for delivering your car.

At the destination, it is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle and to note any pre-existing damage. These should be listed upon pick up and signed by the person authorized to receive your vehicle. Please be certain to note any damage not already on the Bill of Lading prior to signing the form. Should there be any damage, contact Swift Auto Transport Corp. at which time we will advise you on your claim. If the entire transport fee has not been prepaid, then upon delivery the balance is due to the driver in the form of cash or certified check only.
